Red light therapy offers many potential benefits for cancer patients. It can enhance cellular energy production, improve blood circulation, activate the immune system, and reduce treatment side effects. By boosting energy levels, increasing oxygen supply, and supporting immune function, red light therapy may complement conventional cancer treatments and improve patient outcomes. Furthermore, it has demonstrated the ability to alleviate treatment-related side effects, such as fatigue and inflammation. While further research is needed, red light therapy holds promise as a complementary approach in cancer treatment.

Block Blue Light from Screens
Modern life means that we’re constantly exposed to blue light in various forms, from laptops, TVs, mobile phones, tablets etc. Whilst these devices serve a purpose, the blue light that they emit is impacting melatonin levels. Melatonin production is necessary for optimising circadian rhythms, ensuring adequate sleep. Electromagnetic Frequency Protection
Electromagnetic fields (EMF) from internet routers, & 3G, 4G, 5G telephone masts fill our environments, however they can have a detrimental impact on our health. Some people experience symptoms of fatigue, cognitive impairment, nausea, and headaches. EMF is still relatively recent and therefore we don’t have sufficient studies to investigate the long term impact, however early research suggest that EMF can induce oxidative stress and significantly impact on antioxidant levels in the blood.
